Following the success made in previous semesters, we are delighted to announce that the Quantitative Social Science Seminar Series will continue in November and December 2011. In this semester, three speakers specializing in different topics of inequality will be giving talks to us on 3 Friday afternoons. Our first speaker, Miss Zheng Bingdao, will talk about the impact of tax-for-fee reform implemented in rural China on rural migration using the data from the Chinese Household Income Project 2002. All from UST and elsewhere are welcome to join.
